Do not listen to binaurals or any audio at levels that are too loud, as prolonged exposure to sounds at or above 85 decibels can lead to long-term hearing loss. It is not recommended to listen to Binaurals while drinking alcohol, marijuana, herbal remedies, homeopathic, Ayurveda or any type of holistic drugs and medications.
